Your order will be delivered by Qexpress or J&T Express. Tracking number will be updated once order is confirm, kindly check order confirmation email for the tracking number. It takes 2-3 working days for the item to reach you. You can track your item from here. 

For self-collection, the item(s) will be dispatched from the warehouse and ready for collection in the respective stores within 48 business hours. We will also notify customers via email/phone once the item(s) have arrived and ready for in-store collection.
